BOOKINGS
To secure your booking we will require your first night charge as a deposit This can be in the form of cheque, money order or credit card. We are only able to hold a booking 48hrs without a deposit at which time the booking will be released.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancelations will incur a minimum $50 administration fee.
If a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date a standard one nights accommodation charge is applicable. This will also apply to any "No Show" bookings. Please contact us should you have any questions.
PAYMENTS
Payment of account can be made by cash, EFT, Visa, Bank Card, Master Card, Diners Club, and American Express. While in residence, a room account for food, beverage, tours, telephone calls etc. will be held until the day of departure.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check-In and Check-Out procedures
Check in time is between 2 - 5pm on the day of arrival. If arriving outside of these times please advise a staff member.
Please note that our reception closes at 10pm, so all later arrivals, must contact the resort directly to organise a late check in.
Check out time is 11am on day of departure.
Late check out can be arranged for a fee but will need to be arranged prior to departure date.
