Kuranda Resort and Spa is located in the Kuranda Rainforest. This has the effect of cooling down the local temperatures.
But not so cool that you wont still need to take a quick dip in our pool ...
During the day temperatures vary between 20°C to mid-30s, while the evenings can be 10°C at the coolest time of year and during the warm season, in the balmy mid-20s.
Pack open shoes (sandels, thongs), but dont forget comfortable walking shoes if you are interested in wandering along any of our surrounding forest walks.
As we are in the tropics we recommend that you carry a lightweight rain jacket.
We also recommend that you pack a hat and sun block.
